There is a one time set up fee of $99. This includes registering
your domain name (if you don't already have one), one year of
web hosting, and logo design or special graphics for your site.
The monthly site maintenance fee is $99. All fees will be automatically

Generally, we can have your site up and fully functional in
one week . Allow 3 days extra for flash intro.

WHAT ABOUT THE DESIGN OF MY SITE.
We have several designs for you to choose
from ( click
here to view them ). All of these are basic designs
and whichever design you choose will be customized for your dealership.
If you don't see a design that you like, just give us a call and
we will be happy to work with you until you have a design you

HOW OFTEN CAN I UPDATE MY INVENTORY?
You can update the inventory on your site as often as you
like. Weekly usually works best, but you may update it everyday

HOW DO I GET MY INVENTORY TO YOU?
Fax is the best. For your initial inventory we suggest you
simply print out a current inventory list using whatever program
you normally use for inventory control such as Adam, Manheim,
etc., and fax it to us. NOTE: All inventory additions must
include the following information about the vehicle: VIN #; color;
miles; transmission; and asking price. If transmission is not
included we will assume the vehicle is an automatic. Whenever
possible we ask that you print the list on a laser or inkjet
printer when faxing, as opposed to a dot matrix printer (dot
matrix faxes are extremely difficult to read). Then, each time
you would like an update, do the same thing but add a check
mark next to the vehicle you want added. There will also be
a special page on your site that only you can access where you
can send us the info on any vehicle. You can access this page
from any computer. Before your site goes online we will call you
and discuss this and any other questions you might have.Back

I HAVE SOLD SEVERAL VEHICLES THAT ARE ON MY SITE. HOW DO
I DELETE THEM?
You will have a special page on your site that you can access
from any computer. You will have a unique login and password.
On this page will be a list of the vehicles currently on your
site. Each vehicle will have a "check box" to delete
it. Simply check the vehicles you want to remove. At the bottom
of the page will be another check box to delete the vehicles checked.
After you check that box, you will see a page that asks if you
are sure you want to delete the vehicles. Check "yes"
and the vehicles are removed. Back

WHAT IS A STOCK PHOTO?
A "Stock Photo" or "Brochure Photo" is
a standard photo that is used to simply give the customer a general
idea of what the vehicle looks like.
All photos have a disclaimer such as: This
image may be a stock photo. For illustration purposes only. The
photo may reflect a different trim level and show different optional
equipment from the actual vehicle .
Think of it this way...If you go to your local Chevrolet dealer
and are thinking of purchasing a new Malibu you will most likely
take a brochure with you. The brochure will have photos of many
cars but won't have a photo of the actual vehicle you are purchasing...Same
principle: Photos in the brochure and on your web site are

IS THERE ANY LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF VEHICLES I CAN HAVE ON MY
SITE?
No. We have dealers with as few as 20 vehicles and as many
as 300. Most companies charge by the number of vehicles you add
to your site. Their prices may range from $5 to $15 per vehicle
. WITH US THERE IS NEVER A PER VEHICLE CHARGE!

HOW DO I REGISTER MY DOMAIN NAME?
We do that for you. It can sometimes be difficult to get the
exact name that you desire, but we will work with you to register
a name that is as close as possible to the one you want. Example:
We did a web site for a dealership with the name "Carfinders."
That name was already taken so we registered it as carfindersinc.com.

WHO TAKES CARE OF WEB HOSTING?
We take care of all of that for you. It is included in your
set up fee. We do not host your site. We subcontract web hosting
from several companies, all of whom have a excellent history of

Sure. Just email your logo to us and we will be happy to incorporate

I HAVE SEVERAL CUSTOM VEHICLES IN STOCK THAT I WOULD LIKE TO
USE THE ACTUAL PHOTO FOR, CAN I USE THEM?
We can use your photos in 1 of 2 ways: We can show you how to
add the photos to your site yourself, or you can email the photo
to us and we will add it to your site. There is no charge for
doing this one time per month. All photos that we add after the
first one are charged at $5 each. We must have a $100 deposit
for this feature, in advance, as we try to avoid having to invoice
anyone for extra services. If you plan on doing this on a regular
basis, please let us know so we can arrange your appropriate payments

CAN YOU DO THIS FOR ME?

IF I HAVE A SALE OR DECIDE I WANT TO CHANGE A PRICE ON A VEHICLE
, HOW WILL I DO THAT ?
You will have a simple-to-use administration page that only you
can access where you can change the price, add a different picture
or delete a vehicle. All these things can be accomplished with
just a few clicks of your mouse .
